Squinkies, Copiers of Squishies (Zoo and Sea Mania)

Has anybody out there heard of the little pencil toppers "Zoo and Sea Mania" also known as "Squishies"? Well, I and many others believe the new "Squinkies" are completely copying them! They are also getting all the credit for creating such a cool item, when their already was one! With Squishies and Squinkies, basically the only difference is the names. Each have rubber textures, holes in the bottom to go on top of pencils, plastic round balls that open and close, and cute features and bright colors. I think the Zoo and Sea Mania company needs to do something about this and let the public know this is rightfully their product.
